Position Title: Plumber
Locations We Service: Southwest Iowa / Northwest Missouri / Southeast Nebraska
Employment Type: Full-Time, 8AM-4:30PM / Some Overtime When Needed, Rotating On Call Weekends

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing service and installation. This role involves working on a wide variety of projects—from troubleshooting water heaters in homes to running gas lines in manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, gas piping, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Perform residential service calls, including water heater repairs, clogged drains, leak detection, fixture replacements, and water softener installations.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly to homeowners and facility managers.
Work closely with managers and dispatch.
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on job sites and service vehicles.
Complete job documentation and customer communications using mobile software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service work.
Qualifications:
1–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service and installation (preferred, but willing to train)
Ability to work independently and manage a service van effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
