Position Title: Plumber
Locations We Service: Southwest Iowa / Northwest Missouri / Southeast Nebraska
Employment Type: Full-Time, 8AM-4:30PM / Some Overtime When Needed, Rotating On Call Weekends

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, industrial, and residential plumbing service and installation. This role involves working on a wide variety of projects—from troubleshooting water heaters in homes to running gas lines in manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, gas piping, and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

  • Perform residential service calls, including water heater repairs, clogged drains, leak detection, fixture replacements, and water softener installations.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs.

  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly to homeowners and facility managers.

  • Work closely with managers and dispatch.

  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on job sites and service vehicles.

  • Complete job documentation and customer communications using mobile software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).

  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency service work.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing service and installation (preferred, but willing to train)

  • Ability to work independently and manage a service van effectively.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
